**#1: Painting Experience** - 1 Year or more of work experience consistently performing residential or commercial painting tasks
**#2: Experience With Brush/Roller/Patches/Ladders** - Proficient in using ladders for interior and exterior projects. Proficient in cutting in sharp lines by brush, painting with rollers and patching minor nail holes and wall scuffs on drywall
**#3: Driver's Licence** - A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle to travel to and from our job sites

- You'll be dealing with clients directly. Be genuine, friendly and helpful
**#10: Specific Valuable Experience**: plastering, drywall repair, popcorn ceiling removal, custom house painting, exterior painting, working with ladders and managing people

**PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE**:

- Your rate of pay will be determined based on previous painting experience and your performance during the probationary period

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
1) Working to complete interior and exterior, residential and commercial painting projects
2) Work together with other painters in a team environment to accomplish the same goal - deliver quality painting projects with superior customer service
3) Prepare surfaces prior to painting by cleaning, scraping, filling holes or joints, sanding, priming
4) Clean up job site including the removal of paint splatters, garbage, and cleaning all equipment
5) Perform other related duties as assigned

**Salary**: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
