- Effectively leading and empowering others toward spiritual goals based on GOMI doctrines
- Exercising continued self-education about Biblical and theological issues.
- Actively supporting home and global missions.
- Representing Gospel Outreach Ministries International in the larger community and other churches in order to reach the lost and promote unity.
- Developing and equipping leaders in the church and community.
- Leading the church by example.

Must Have.

OBTC Bible College Certificate.

Two Years under an OBTC trained Minister.

Ordained by an OBTC Minister and must have signed an agreement.

Must be born again and Spirit filled believe in speaking in tongues.

Must have been married for over three years.

Counseling certification under an OBTC recognized institution

**Salary**: $35,952.70-$75,871.09 per year
