We are currently hiring for the position of:
**LOYALTY REPRESENTATIVE (STEWARDSHIP) INTERN**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assist with the facilitation of stewardship activities including, but not limited to; concierge for Leadership Members; packing and shipping couriered materials; and Patrons Circle welcome package delivery and distribution-
- Communicate and liaise with departments including: Development, Visitor Experience, Ticketing Services, Festival/Venues Services, Industry, Corporate Partnerships (incl, Events / Hospitality) and others as required.
- Shadow event coordination, as required

**RATE OF PAY**:
- $15.50/Hourly

**TARGET**
**CONTRACT DATES**:
- July 3, 2023-September 2, 2023- possibility for extension

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in Membership /loyalty programmes and/or- Experience in Customer Service environments and/or- Experience with stewardship and fundraising or equivalent field
- Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and to work both independently and as part of a team.- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to multitask, prioritize as necessary, and have high attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communications skills, as well as tact and judgment.- High level of accountability; is ethical and demonstrates exceptional follow-through.-
- Commitment to feedback, initiative, professional development, AFP Code of Conduct and Donor Bill of Rights- Open to learning data administrative systems and tools including Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (i.e. Raiser’s Edge) and/or Ticketing Systems (Archtics, Tessitura) is considered an asset- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
