**Responsibilities**:

- Bartending
- Follow all provincial and local laws and regulations for serving alcohol responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit (soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.), and other tools.
- Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks which include the use of frequent use of bar wares.
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and place in designated area.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly, ensuring no shortages throughout scheduled event time.
- Knowledge of preparation of classic cocktails.
- Basic spirit knowledge and use.
- Knowledge and use of basic barware.

Schedule:

- Seasonal
- Some weekday evenings
- Weekends
- Holidays
- During the week (based on events)

License/Certification:

- Valid Smart Serve

Pay:

- $16.55/hour plus gratuity+cash tips

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)
