As a part of the Events Team, the Safety Ambassador Team is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests at an event. This includes but is not limited to keeping an eye on alcohol consumption, organizing shuttles for event guests, and ensuring guest have a safe way home. Once the events are wrapped up the safety ambassadors’ responsibilities range from a timely teardown and set up of the event spaces, setting up event furniture and décor, setting up and troubleshooting AV equipment, transportation of equipment from one room to another, and other similar tasks.

Safety Ambassadors are an integral part of the team. They help to make event hosts’ visions come to life and set up beautiful event spaces for guests to enjoy. **This role will be required to work late nights.**
- You’re a night owl and are looking for a role to work evenings and weekends.
- You have an eye for detail
- You love working as part of a team - Safety Ambassadors play an important role in the completion of events as well as teardown and setup for the next event.
- You are able to lift upwards of 40 lbs.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary support for all bartenders, maître d’s to uphold Pearle Hospitalities alcohol service standards
- Work directly with event manager to identify signs of intoxication, guests or areas of concern. Working to identify problems before they arise.
- Work in tandem with event manager to develop care plan for any guests in the red zone.
- Confirm tasks with Event Manager/ Maitre D and assist with event tear down and reset according to the Banquet Event Order.
- Assist in preparing event space for an event by performing such tasks as: placing tables and chairs, transporting necessary equipment from storage to the event space, ensure items necessary for the following day’s set up details are available and present.
- Accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the event.
- Actively represent and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment for all guests and team members.
- Adhere to all cleanliness and sanitization practices.
- Maintain professional appearance and act with integrity and honesty.
