**Opportunity**:
**Are you customer service oriented? If so, Millennium Insurance is looking to add a Sales Supervisor to their team**:
**Reporting to the Office Manager, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the sales department. You will lead a team of sales representatives, monitor their performance, and provide support and guidance to ensure that our clients receive outstanding customer service. Your role will encompass various aspects, including process improvement, team management, customer issue resolution, and collaborating with other departments to optimize customer experiences.**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Monitor and manage sales tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Implement sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve complex issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take necessary actions to improve sales quality.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline processes and enhance delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-focused process improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed, in regards to volume, upsell, close rate, etc.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Generate regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and service metrics.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a sales team.
- General Insurance License Level 2 required.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Analytical mindset, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with diplomacy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with claims management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
