**What will you do?**

You will be working closely with energy consultants, external energy suppliers and other third parties. Your key responsibilities will be:

- collecting, processing and maintaining client’s contract data
- gathering and confirming quotations
- Preparing RFP's
- helping consultants promptly respond to queries
- updating templates and reports

**Who are we looking for?**
- A student willing to work & grow, available at least 16 hours/week, working schedule is flexible and can be discussed
- Preferably you are pursuing a Energy/Environmental degree or you pursue a Math, physics or STEM degree.
- Native or proficient in English, both written and oral.
- Quick learner who can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Persistent person who knows how to reach goals.
- Accurate and precise with a good eye for details.
- Well organized with a proactive approach.
- Experienced user of Microsoft office package especially Excel and Outlook.
- Interest in energy sector is a plus although extensive training will be provided.
