**This is a mobile position, mileage paid for travel to multiple branch locations.**

In this role, you will build relationships with members (agricultural, commercial, and organizational) to understand their needs, and inform them of their options so they can access credit in a way that meets their needs, helps them achieve their financial milestones, and experience Banking with Purpose. You will support branch account managers in managing their portfolios, helping members to grow their business long term and ensure they receive solutions suited to their needs at every stage.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build member relationships with a view to understanding needs and recommending solutions
- Refer members to branch partners for related financial solutions
- Monitor and manage risk by conducting annual reviews, managing arrears and overdrafts

You possess strong technical and analytical skills. You are passionate about delivering a member experience that inspires confidence in our services, builds relationships with our members, and encourages referrals from the community. You are a team player who collaborates easily with colleagues. Finally, you share a commitment to our shared values and purpose.

**Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience**:

- Completion of a post-secondary program, preferably in Business or Agriculture
- 2-4 years of account management or sales experience
- Financial literacy and ability to interpret financial statements
- Solid technical skills
- Credit expertise is an asset, however extensive training is provided
