Family-operated pick-your-own vegetable farm. Specializes in tropical fruits and vegetables. Located in Markham Ontario.

**Farm Work Description**
- Vegetables Farm work labour including planting, hoeing, cultivating and harvesting fruit and vegetables.
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market.
- Work is outdoor.
- Can be hot, cold, damp, dusty and with Rural odours.
- Physically demanding including a combination of sitting, standing, walking, crouching, bending and kneeling.
- No education required.
- Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs

**Customer Service Description**
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting customers with groceries
- Stocking fruits and vegetables in the market
- Packing fruits and vegetables for display
- Operating cash register
- Experience in using POS machine is an asset but not required
- Covid-19 screening involves; checking patrons temperature as well as dispensing hand sanitizer
- Regulating the number of customers inside the market and field

**Additional Information**

Located in a rural area. No public transit. Own transportation required. Prior agricultural and or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Work starts immediately until the end of October.
- Must be legal to work in Canada.

Guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Job Types: Full-time Seasonal
- Salary: $16.00 per hour
