Position Overview:
YPPS is seeking a dedicated Property Services Supervisor with **a focus on landscaping services**. As a start-up, the supervisor will play a pivotal role in launching, coordinating, and building the operations of this enterprise. Reporting to the GM of Social Enterprises, this position oversees and physically participates in landscaping and other future property service crews, leading, coordinating, and working in the field with these teams to provide exceptional services in a supportive atmosphere.

This role is for a purpose-driven leader who wants to use their experience in landscaping and property services to build a company and make a difference in the world, helping to tackle some of our communities' most difficult challenges by empowering and changing lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with Your Place GM to create plans, assess equipment requirements, and coordinate operational requirements.
- Work with the manager to identify, recruit and train employees for the property services team.
- Job quoting and quality assurance.
- Support and oversee the of crews, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Work in the field and participate in the delivery of services.
- Provide ongoing training and support to employees, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Continuously identify opportunities for expansion and improvement within the landscaping and other property services business model.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the venture.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions

**Salary Range**:Full-time salary range$70,000 - $80,000 plus benefits

**Location**: The central office is at 1027 Pandora Avenue. Site works will vary throughout the greater Victoria area.
