**Job Description/Tasks/Responsibilities**

Performs schedule planning and development, maintenance and monitoring activities. Ensures project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables. Ensures documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project. Communicates plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders and assists the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes. Manages day-to-day activities for the Project Management team and analyzes project data and producing progress reports. Complies with and supports company policies, including health and safety, harassment and respect in the workplace.
- Performs schedule planning and development, maintenance and monitoring activities.
- Ensures project team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables. Ensures documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project.

- Manages day-to-day activities for the Project Management team and analyzes project data and producing progress reports
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements/Skills**
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Comprehensive computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, etc)

**Minimum Education, Experience and Certification Requirements**
- Required education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or an equivalent technical degree.
- Preferred education: MS Projects, EVMS or Primavera P6; Cobra
- Required experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field or related experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
