Role and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Store Manager in leading the operational execution of the store to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive profitable sales growth.
- Drive personal sales and the sales of the team by supporting the manager in demonstrating and coaching to the La Senza selling behaviors in order to create a high-performance selling culture within their team and achieve the stores sales goals.
- Focused on building new and lasting customer connections, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
- Creates an inspiring and effortless customer experience through product knowledge and building relationships
- Process customer transactions, returns, or exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Understand, adhere to, and reinforce brand standards
- Maintain awareness for loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting links between customer service, associate engagement, and shrink
- Assist with merchandise prep for sales floor presentation including ensuring merchandise is accurately priced in accordance with markups, markdowns, and promotions
- Replenish merchandise to standard to create a full store, ensuring visual displays are maintained according to standards

- Meets availability criteria, including evenings, weekends, non-business hours and some holidays (excluding Christmas day and Easter Sunday)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening, organization, and follow through skills
- Ability to connect with and relate to customers and team and build meaningful relationships

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newmarket, ON L3Y 4Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- english (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
