Administrative Services Manager

**Main Duties**:

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of our company’s administrative management
- Coordinate and oversee pallet distributions and recordkeeping
- Organize and oversee the schedules and work of staff
- Direct and control company governance and regulatory compliance procedures
- Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for director evaluating administrative services
- May interview, hire and oversee training for staff
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**:

- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical systems and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46.00-$48.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- related work: 3 years (required)
