**Le poste**

Le _gérant de magasin_ travaille avec le superviseur de district pour superviser toutes les activités du magasin, ainsi que planifier et exécuter des stratégies pour stimuler les ventes et la rentabilité. Le _gérant de magasin_ est responsable du marchandisage, du service à la clientèle, de la formation et du perfectionnement des équipes.

Le _gérant de magasin_ doit respecter toutes les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise et doit donner l’exemple en plus de faire preuve d’un professionnalisme et d’une intégrité irréprochables tout en créant une atmosphère de confiance et de respect au sein de l’équipe. Il doit garder un esprit ouvert lorsqu’il gère les problèmes relatifs aux clients et aux employés, écouter les autres et prendre des décisions équitables et honnêtes. Le gérant de magasin effectue le suivi de la performance et prend des mesures immédiates en ce qui concerne les lacunes relatives à la performance. Il est capable de diriger et de créer une expérience globale positive pour les clients et pour les employés.

**Responsabilités**:

- Collaborer avec le superviseur de district pour créer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à atteindre les objectifs du magasin en matière de ventes et de contrôle des coûts.
- Offrir une formation à l’équipe de magasin (employés actuels et nouveaux employés) sur les normes et programmes de l’entreprise aux politiques de l’entreprise.
- Prendre des mesures avec le soutien du superviseur de district en ce qui concerne les lacunes en matière de performance et la résolution des conflits.
- Recruter des talents et offrir une formation de mise à jour en motivant l’équipe et en soulignant les bonnes performances.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives et opérationnelles, au besoin.
- Effectuer les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture conformément aux directives opérationnelles.
- S’assurer que les normes de santé et de sécurité sont respectées.
- Préparer et gérer l’horaire hebdomadaire des employés.
- Traiter les plaintes des clients et les résoudre rapidement.
- Se conformer à toutes les demandes du siège social concernant les activités du magasin.
- Traiter et gérer toutes les livraisons d’articles de marchandisage reçues.
- Traiter tous les retours au siège social, au besoin.
- Respecter les politiques et la réglementation établi par l’entreprise.
- Traiter les achats en espèces/par carte de crédit/carte de débit à la caisse.

**Qualifications**:

- Au moins deux ou trois années d’expérience dans la gestion de la vente au détail
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience et/ou formation en marchandisage visuel
- Sens aigu des affaires
- Compétences éprouvées en développement du personnel et capacité à évaluer les talents
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en établissement de priorités
- Capacité à gérer le stress dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement
- Capacité de déléguer des tâches et d’assumer ses responsabilités
- Capacité de diriger une équipe d’une façon positive et inclusive

**Exigences physiques**:

- Capacité de travailler debout pendant de longues périodes et de grimper une échelle
- Déplacer, soulever et manipuler des boîtes de marchandise et des fixtures dans le magasin (poids pouvant aller jusqu’à 13,6 kg).

**Exigences de disponibilité**:

- Jours, soirées et fins de semaine.
