**Job Title**: Contracts Specialist (Mississauga, Canada)

**Contracts Specialist (Mississauga, Canada)**

Systematically and efficiently managing contracts (creation, review, and execution) and ensuring maximizing commercial and operational performance.

**Your role**:

- Partner with sales support, order management, project manager, proposal management, and other functional groups to ensure efficiency and consistency in contract fulfillment and execution; evaluate and monitor contract execution.
- Advise field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations; provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.
- Recommend and implement improvements of policies and processes to ensure that proposal and contract documents are aligned with company's business controls, policies, and procedures.

**You're the right fit if**:

- You have a Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal certification, or JD.
- You have the experience and Ability to draft various contract documents including MOAs, LOAs, Amendments, Addendums, Make Rights, Service and Sale Agreements, Master Agreements, notices, letters, and other binding and non-binding documentation etc. to ensure compliance as well as meet business and customer needs.
- You have experience in supporting bidding events by reviewing responses and questions for compliance to legal, risk, financial and regulatory parameters.
- Bilingual (English & French) is preferred.

Company relocation benefits **_will not_** be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in **_or_** within commuting distance to **Mississauga, Canada.**
