The Client Services Manager, Events role provides thought leadership, innovative solutions, and delivery excellence to Bond’s clients. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery, primarily in the area of Corporate Events. Working with a core team of people from across the organization, your knowledge of events, strong project management rigor, along with your business growth orientation and client relationship skills, will bring a new level of service excellence to our clients.

This key role will lead project teams from all facets of our business to inspire delivery excellence, as well as provide thought leadership to diversify and expand the current portfolio of business for innovation and growth for our existing clients. Ensuring excellence in delivery of current programs, solid project management, deepening relationships with key clients through a results-oriented mindset and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction are key elements to success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the execution and continued growth plan for existing clients.
- Ensure project management rigor is instituted and practiced on all client projects.
- Provide strategic insight to clients’ programs.
- Communicate with clients daily to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage accounts’ financial aspects (invoicing, projections, budgets, contracts, fees etc.).
- Execute client events as required.
- Report on activities and account to client and Senior Management.
