**Our Story**

Thrive Group was established in 2013 to provide a more consolidated and cost effective approach to the provision of infrastructure for non-profit healthcare organizations. The governing Boards of each organization understood the need to radically change how back-office supports were structured in order to ensure that, with increasing demands and overstretched budgets, as much of the funding received through their Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), project-based funding and donor contributions as possible could be channeled to where it was most needed - quality front-line care for their clients and residents. By consolidating each organization’s Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance and Facilities Management functions and recruiting one Chief Executive Officer, overall administrative costs were reduced without sacrificing the strength that an informed and professional back-office infrastructure could offer. Currently Thrive Group is responsible for the operation of four member organizations:

- Capability Support Services
- Idlewyld Manor

**Job Types**:1 Full-Time Permanent

**Salary Range**:$49,941-$70,565

**Position Summary**:
The System Analyst’s role is to ensure the stable operation of Thrive Group’s computer software systems, security systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network, security, software, and communication links through a variety of means including performing technical onsite service throughout the organizations. Also conducts training and is responsible for inventory control.

**Employment Guide**:

- A degree or diploma in computer science, or network administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server products or Microsoft Systems Engineer Certification is preferred.
- Solid working knowledge of all Microsoft office products.
- Ability to listen to a wide range of customers.
- Excellent communication skills required to translate technical information into layman's terms.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A car in good working condition and a valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be available for on-call situations.
