**The Role**
Boat Rocker Media is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated law student to assist and learn from our Business and Legal Affairs department this summer while gaining work experience in entertainment and corporate law. This position is a tremendous opportunity for anyone who would like to build a career as an entertainment lawyer.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Draft and review talent agreements.
- Assist with drafting precedents templates, policies, and other company documents.
- Research and advise internal clients on talent guild matters, funding agency requirements and legal and regulatory matters.
- Provide support on general corporate and administrative matters related to the company’s business and legal affairs.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completion of first or second year of law degree by May 2024 (or third year if joint program).
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- A keen interest in working in entertainment law.
