**You in this role**:
Under the direction of the Director, GMF Marketing and Communications, the Manager, Brand and Corporate Communications leads planning, implementation, monitoring and measurement of communications and marketing for FCM’s Green Municipal Fund’s corporate initiatives, as well as its shared functional channels (website, and social media).

Core priorities include the oversight and planning for GMF’s growing efforts to attract private finance into municipal sustainable projects, maintenance of the GMF website and implementation of digital solutions, and corporate brand including raising awareness of GMF as a leading employer and as a leader in Operational Sustainability and guiding the long-term communications vision of GMF alongside the Director and FCM’s Chief Development Officer.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The Manager, GMF Brand & Corporate Communications is:

- Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a strategy to maximize the impact of GMF brand communications to achieve corporate results.
- Supports GMF strategic objectives to attract private finance investors, in partnership Director of Communications and Marketing and programs communications Managers
- Responsible for GMF.ca website and marketing technology (MarTech) vision and functionality, overseeing the Web Development and Digital Project Manager
- Leads the monitoring and evaluation, including the analysis of analytics related our website, to ensure continuous improvements in the development and dissemination of program information and resources
- Leads communications for corporate initiatives such as the GMF Annual Report and Sustainable Communications Conference.

- University degree in communications, business, marketing or a related discipline

**Experience**:

- Six years of progressively senior professional experience in marketing and/or communications program design and management, with four years at the management level including people and operational management roles.
- Experience in building and leading the deployment of a communications plan for programming or funding entities.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the area of effective communications for anglophone and francophone audiences, including communications planning, social media trends, writing, and document production typically acquired through a university degree in communications or a related field.
- Must be able to provide senior writing and counsel services in English and have demonstrated experience in developing and managing quality assurance processes and standards for English/French materials and content.
