As a key member of the Client Experience organization, the Client Care Specialist will work directly with our plan members, plan sponsors, clients, advisors, and service providers to provide an exceptional experience. This will include being the voice of the People Corporation brand through our client care centre by responding to general inquiries about the plans, benefits, and coverage, assist with troubleshooting and resolving problems with the goal of doing so with a single contact.

**The Client Care Specialist (Term) will**:

- Provide exceptional customer care.
- Ensure that service standards are met or exceeded.
- Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of claim submissions and data.
- Assist members with the online portal and mobile app.
- Assist service providers with the online portal for submission of claims.
- Initiate and/or implement correct action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of client satisfaction is maintained.

**T**o be successful **as a** Client Care Specialist (Term) **with People Corporation, you will need**:

- Minimum 3 years of customer care experience in the insurance industry.
- Flexible working hours - Willing to complete an 8-hour shift between 7:00am - 7:00pm (Central)
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office administration procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service and a valuable experience to clients.
**- Experience in a similar customer care related role within the group benefits insurance industry is considered an asset.
- Fluency in both English and French is considered an asset.
