Love and Peace for All Inc. is a Canadian holistic healing, metaphysical, spiritual wellness centre. Based in Ontario, the centre brings traditional holistic, healing practices and modalities to all of humanity.
Our store offers items to clear space, crystals, sage, incense, to balance your chakra energy system, and support holistic healing practices like yoga, meditation and reiki.
We are looking for a mindful, spiritual individual with a keen interest/knowledge in holistic practices, can learn to love crystals and may have an interest other metaphysical areas.
As a Manager, you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop and to make an impact on the community.
Proven selling skills in a retail environment;
This is a full time job must be able to work some nights and weekends.
Have lead of team of 5 or more.
Fully understands the retail industry.
- Proven Retail Experience
- Excellent Knowledge of the Retail Environment.
- Has experience in leading a team.
- Great at communication
- Clear understanding of Business acumen.
- Understands key measures KPI
- Coach and develop store teams
- Supervision and training experience
- Understand the importance of customer service.
- Merchandising
- Inventory accountability
- Outstanding communication, customer service and relationship building skills;
- Self-motivated and driven with a focus for excellent guest service;
- Must be flexible to work days, evenings and weekends.
