Visual Merchandising at lululemon showcases product to increase channel performance while elevating guest experiences and brand recognition. As a Key Market Visual Merchandiser, you will bring to life Visual Merchandising strategies to key markets identified by the business. You will report into the Manager, Visual Merchandising.

a day in the life
- Execute regional Visual Merchandising plans in a range of stores in identified key markets.
- Implement regional campaign activations within key market.
- Manage key market product/brand activations and relevant in-store marketing collateral in key stores.
- Share relevant feedback and market trends with Regional Visual Merchandising and Styling team to inform and optimize future strategies.
- Support delivery of localized VM training content.
- Advise on key store optimal layout, fixture zoning and adjacencies.
- Support execution of regionally localized VM strategies, priorities and budgets, based on global direction.
- Support market annual capital re-investment strategy in support of key stores staying up to date.

qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, merchandising or visual communications,
- 5- 8 years experience in merchandising or buying role
- Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred
