Sales Associate - Career Opportunity

A leading provider of outdoor power equipment for sale or rental with factory-trained service technicians on-site to handle any repair, Arrow Equipment has all the equipment you won’t find in the big box stores.

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
CORE VALUES
- Contribute as a member of the Arrow Team utilizing our values of safety, teamwork, trust, accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
- Promote and maintain good working relationships and collaboration with peers, clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Ensure safety is a priority that is managed in every project

JOB DUTIES
- First point of contact for customers working at the front counter completing sales
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare invoices and rental contracts
- Assist customers with their product purchases and rental needs
- Complete equipment assembly and testing required (running 2-Stroke, 4- Stroke equipment)
- Start all electrical/motorized equipment for customers
- Educate customers on how to use electrical/motorized equipment safely
- Add fuel and oil to motorized equipment before the customer takes equipment out of the store
- Communicate warranty information for all equipment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer services skills
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Ability to lift equipment and materials up to 50 lbs
- General understanding of 2-stroke, and 4-srtoke equipment and how to operate them
- A quick learner with the ability to identify new ways of doing things more efficiently and effectively
- Strong ability to operate in a dynamic work environment that requires flexibility, multitasking and prioritizing of demands and commitments
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently and in a team setting; strong self-starter work ethic/attitude
