Department: Actuarial

Location: Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC

Function: Actuarial Pricing

**Responsibilities**:
Major responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and price reinsurance treaties (quota share, excess of loss, aggregate)- Work closely with Finance on quarterly results, analysis, and reporting- Perform and present trend studies, rate monitoring and ad hoc requests from senior management- Ensure good collaboration with key stakeholders (Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial and Head Office)- Some travel and the ability to work overtime during busy season will be expected for this position

Skills and Qualification:
- FCAS (completed or in progress)- At least 5 years of P&C actuarial work experience- IFRS 17 knowledge (is an asset but not mandatory)- Proficient in MS Excel. Programming skills a plus- Ability to organize and prioritize a demanding workload- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
