ABOUT THIS TEAM

This team creates opportunities for the Global Product teams to be inspired, informed and connected through events, activations and experiences that are grounded in our product and enterprise goals and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all aspects of assigned Product events, from initial planning to execution.
- Leverage understanding of current state people, process and operations knowledge of industry best practices and critical problems solving skills to identify business needs and define new and improved ways of working across the Product organization
- Create strategic plan for assigned Product events and activations.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Maintain annual Communication & Events Calendar.
- Develop unique briefs for various events within the portfolio.
- Present and facilitate event content both virtually and in person

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of relevant experience; Preferable in the event space
- Experience project managing and tracking multiple projects at once
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Able to work cross functionally
- Experience working with budgets
- You love connecting with others and have a proven ability to work within and lead a team
- Advanced-level Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience in smartsheets
