**A Little Bit About Us**

Founded in 2016 in Vancouver, Canada, FORM is the sports technology company behind the FORM Smart Swim Goggles, a pair of premium swim goggles with a see-through, augmented-reality display that delivers performance metrics in real time. For the first time, swimmers and triathletes using our goggles can see real-time visual feedback, with metrics like split times, distance, stroke rate, pace per 100, and calories displayed directly in the swimmer’s line of sight - in pools, open water, and swim spas.

Since launch in 2019, our goggles have won many awards, including RedDot, iF Design Award, Global Triathlon Award, and many more. Pro-athletes, age group triathletes, and any swimmer looking to improve love what we're doing and are proud to use our goggles. We have an amazing team of people who are fun to work with and serious about what they do, leveraging decades of combined expertise in consumer products, ranging from sports eyewear design to interface design to activity tracking algorithms.

**Position Overview**

We’re seeking an experienced Data Analyst for a short-term 3-month contract (with the potential for extension) to enhance our SaaS business intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in rapidly deploying new reporting dashboards in Tableau, tailored to our specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building sophisticated SQL data models to feed our dashboards.
- Developing Python-based ETLs as needed.
- Rapidly creating and implementing Tableau dashboards.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Prepare and automate reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI.
- SQL Data modeling (SaaS metrics like churn, LTV, reactivation).
- Build ETLs in Python.
- Experience with AWS is an asset.
- Experience with DBT is an asset.
- Be familiar with industry best practices for product analytics and management, and be able to define and constantly improve internal processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2+ years in an analytics role or related work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or a related field required.
- Familiarity with data infrastructure design and implementation, and best practices.
- Strong data research and modeling skills with the ability to interpret data through complex analysis.
- Fluency with data collection, analytics, and visualization technologies (SQL, Python, R, Redash, Segment, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics).
- Experience with Excel (capable of using vlookups and pivot tables).
- Highly organized with a focus on quality and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working on consumer electronics and software subscriptions is an asset.

$80,000 to $110,000 base salary, depending on experience and job-related qualifications. It is common to start on the lower end of the range to ensure there's opportunity for growth in the role.
