Job Summary:
**Real Estate Duties**:

- Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
- Oversee all contracts through closing
- Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
- Be the first point of contact in handling client and agent inquiries or complaints
- Prepare paperwork for buyer and seller contracts
- Run weekly stats to post on social media
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram Posts
- Blogging & assisting with content for Vlogs
- Create and implement a monthly Newsletter
- Update website
- Prepare marketing packages for new listings
- Work with lead generation partner to book appointments for your team

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong social media skills
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Great ability to focus
- Concerned about doing things the right way
- Real Estate License (not a requirement)
- Calm under pressureLearning-based
- Service-based attitude
- Proven ability to succeed (Education and/or previous job experiences)
- Primarily uses Apple Products
- Bonus experience in videography, photography, graphic design, or other artistic field
- Great communicator
- Want to help the team be successful

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
