**Job Profile**

Reporting to the National Director responsible for the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC) managed by United Way Centraide Canada (UWCC), the **Campaign Administrator** is responsible for providing administrative support to the campaign team. The incumbent works closely with campaign managers in the United Way Centraide (UWC) network to ensure timely and accurate reporting of campaign results and establishes proactive ways of collaborating and communicating with diverse stakeholders including management, volunteers, and donors.
- Responsible for general administration of the campaign and assists the campaign team in responding to key stakeholders including campaign Cabinet, volunteers, and UWC staff across the country.
- Oversees national campaign results tracking & reporting and ensures timely and accurate reporting through the national reporting system.
- Responsible for timely and efficient planning of meetings and supporting documentation (including reports, analysis, lists, statistics, PowerPoint presentations, notetaking).
- Responds to administrative requests from campaign team.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in administration, fundraising, marketing, or related equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related of experience
- Experience with fundraising campaigns and charitable sector an asset

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Language Requirement**:Bilingual Imperative (French & English)**; excellent communication skills in both official languages (oral and written)
- Proficiency in the use MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel (testing in Excel will be completed)
- Familiar with the use of databases
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with an ability to set priorities
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced environment that presents with multiple concurrent demands, resolving conflicts, meeting deadlines and dealing with confidential material on a regular basis with acute attention to detail.
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Demonstrates sound judgement, maturity, tact and discretion.
- Knowledge of non-profit organizational structure and administrative processes is considered an asset

**Profil de l’emploi**

Relevant du (de la) directeur(trice) national(e), **l’administrateur(trice) de la campagne** est chargé(e) de fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe de la campagne. Le ou la titulaire travaille en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de campagne du réseau Centraide United Way (CUW) afin d’assurer la production de rapports précis en temps utile sur les résultats de la campagne et d’établir des moyens proactifs de collaboration et de communication avec divers intervenants, y compris la direction, les bénévoles et les donateurs.
- S’occupe de l’administration générale de la campagne et aide l’équipe de la campagne à répondre aux principaux intervenants, dont le Cabinet de la campagne, les bénévoles et le personnel des CUW partout au pays.
- Supervise le suivi et la production des rapports sur les résultats de la campagne nationale et veille à ce que ces résultats soient communiqués rapidement et avec précision via le système national de rapport.
- Est responsable de la planification rapide et efficace des réunions et des documents d’appui (notamment les rapports, les analyses, les listes, les statistiques, les présentations PowerPoint et la prise de notes).
- Répond aux demandes administratives de l’équipe de la campagne.

**Exigences du poste**

**Formation et expérience**
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou diplôme collégial en administration, collecte de fonds, marketing, ou expérience équivalente connexe.
- Minimum de cinq ans d’exp
- rience liée à l’emploi.
- Expérience des campagnes de collecte de fonds et du milieu caritatif — un atout.
