**16 month contract opportunity**
As the Manager, People Operations, HR Shared Services, you provide overall leadership, coaching and direction in the delivery of efficient, accurate and employee-centric HR business processes for employees in Canada, United States, Ireland, and Bermuda.
You are responsible for a team that has depth and breadth of knowledge in HR policy administration, HR information systems (Workday and ADP GlobalView), and bidirectional system integrations across Payroll, Pension and Benefits functions.
You play a key role in delivering on service partnership agreements and key performance indicators. You’ll use data insights to identify and implement improvements to HR business processes across the employee life cycle.

What will you do?
- Lead, develop and coach direct reports, enabling each to maximize their individual and team performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer service excellence
- Ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge, training, experience, tools, and technology needed to achieve business results
- Use data insights and Best Practice tools and methodology to improve the employee experience, reduce transaction costs and streamline processes
- Execute and provide input into the evolution of our Tiered Service Model strategy
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate proactively across HR and the business to plan and staff according to business needs and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal HR Technology teams and Centers of Expertise to support the implementation of technology solutions and system enhancements
- Contribute to tactical and strategic planning for HR Shared Services

- As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required **for Quebec only** as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec
Mandatory:
- HR Shared Services experience
- Experience leading an Operational Team or production environment
Assets:
- Experience with Payroll Administration
- Experience and/or post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources
