Property Leasing and Marketing Intern

We are looking for a dynamic individual that is a great fit for our company culture. Working directly with our management and leasing team, this position will get exposure to the commercial real estate asset and property management industry.

**Internship Description**
- Actively participate in weekly leasing and operations meetings on portfolio performance
- Create and update portfolio level tracking summaries to monitor leasing, capital and returns
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media posting and leasing website updates
- Portfolio and property level performance analysis and the development and preparation of presentation materials
- Analyze potential lease transactions that align with budget targets and strategic plans
- Gather market research on lease comparables and complete a report on area pricing for different sub-markets
- Participate in developing new marketing strategies for vacancies and contribute to marketing programs for the brokerage community
- Assist in preparing leasing packages for potential tenants
- Work with property manager on lease deal projections and analysis;
- Assist in portfolio valuation and reporting;
- Assist with other tasks as needed by management.

- Flexible with a positive and a “no task is too big or too small” attitude
- Financial understanding with an ability to understand real estate forecasting and valuation models and contribute to the development of modeling assumptions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Experience**
- Current business, marketing or real estate student ideal
- Experience in marketing or real estate asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with Canva or graphic design

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
