**Responsibilities and Skills**:

- Assist in coordinating project activities with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Gather and consolidate information into client-ready specification documents.
- Obtain prices, samples, and other materials for projects, including furniture, flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, lighting, wallpaper and more.
- Review design drawings to familiarize yourself with the interior design scope.
- Provide administrative support in developing project deliverables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets and project management software.
- Manage meetings and correspondence with vendors and contractors to align with project expectations.
- Maintain showroom appearance and organize samples, binders, and project timelines.
- Open and inspect incoming packages as well as organizing by client and project.
- Placing damage claims with vendors and suppliers
- Process client payments and provide general assistance to walk-in clients.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a high-end or luxury environment is beneficial.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Annual salary range of $52,000 to $60,000 based on experience, training, and education.
- Full-time, salaried, permanent position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm).
- Provided parking spot as a vehicle is required.
- Local mileage included in salary.
- 5 paid sick/personal days per year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- design: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- Coordinating: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
