We are looking for a professional focused on growing an already impressive audience in the High River and Okotoks area. Reporting to the Alberta Content Lead, you will lead a team to cultivate audience relationships through broadcast, online and social engagement.
**In this role, you will**:
- Lead an existing team of content professionals as they hone their skills and continually seek to serve the community.
- Guide audience-facing activity, content, and promotions.
- Champion relationships with community stakeholders and partners.
- Work in unison with provincial Content Leads, Sales colleagues, and other Program Directors to increase engagement, share relevant content, and expand our reach across all platforms.
- You possess many or all the following attributes:_
- You are a professional with proven success in media (broadcast, online, social, video).
- You are passionate about building and retaining audience and understand the value of each relationship.
- You are a strong leader with a history of coaching others to success.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are familiar with or have the capacity to learn about the Canadian Press Guide, Canadian Broadcast Standards Council.
- You are a relentless influencer and eager to engage with the community in High River and Okotoks.

Pay: $48,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
