Saint Sushi is a small business in Westmount, QC. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Grow Steadily with the right people.

As a maki Chef we expect you **to know (or to learn)** how to:
- Unroll cucumbers and cut them into juliennes
- Portion fish (Salmon, Tuna, Hamachi, etc.)
- Hand roll makis (Nori, Rice paper & Soy paper)
- Cut your sushi using a Yanagiba & plate them
- Clean your cooking station after every shift
- Keep your fridge well organized with all item well covered and labeled
As a person we expect you to:
- Control your emotions as you will be working in an open kitchen
- Be able to work in a high pressure environment
- Be sober at work (Alcohol or any other substances)
- Bring positivity and energy at work
- Be a good & supportive team member
- Speak french and/or english
Be advised that we work under a collective agreement that **all the tips** are shared **equally** as long as every individual **contributes equally** to the general cleaning and well being of the restaurant at every shift.
