**Position Summary**
This position is a combination of Bilingual Buyer, Expediter, and Technical Support in our National Parts Center, a fast-paced internal order desk.

Responsibilities will include providing timely and accurate response to pricing and delivery requests to Cimco staff across North America. This role will also include sourcing and purchasing products and dealing directly with vendors throughout North America.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Permanent full time salary position, Mon-Fri. Shift available: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Check material availability with SAP inventory system, or from preferred vendors.
- Using internal catalogues and internet to locate potential vendors, communicate with vendors and establish a relationships, and obtain required information
- Issue Purchase orders to vendors.
- Resolving all inquiries, issues and technical part problems.
- Some physical work involved as part of the initial training process involves spending time in our warehouse learning our receiving, picking, and shipping functions
- Participate in weekly Continuous Improvement Team meetings

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluently bilingual in English and French. (SUBMIT YOUR RESUME IN FRENCH OR ENGLISH)
- Previous mechanical aptitude or industrial technical knowledge from previous employment a very strong asset.
- Previous buying experience in an industrial environment.
- Must have minimum high school education, post secondary education preferred
- Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative.
- Self motivated & autonomous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Above average communications skills required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
