Responsibilties:

- Collect production data daily
- Analyze production data for line assigned with Manufacturing Engineer
- Do daily analysis of downtime and scrap
- Report downtime and scrap causes for assigned lines with ME
- Participate in TPM to update action items
- Work with operators to identify station issues
- Work on improvement projects with Mes
- Improve job instructions based on line improvement activities
- Update documentation
- Participate in PM activities and establishing work orders in EAM
- Participate in CI activitie
- Participate in problem solving
- Learn lockout/tagout
- Identify and implement small improvement projects on designated line for safety, quality and through-put

Qualificaitons:
University degress in Engineering on going.
