**Responsibilities**
- Acquiring and processing invoices to clients
- Prepares weekly batch of Account Payables payments
- Data entry using accounting software (SAGE- 300)
- Filing unpaid and paid Accounts payable invoices
- Perform bank and visa reconciliations
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Perform Job Costing in a timely manner for various projects
- Maintains historical records by filing documents
- Assist in filing and scanning required documents
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 months of accounting or bookkeeping experience required
- Knowledge and working experience with an accounting software, preferably SAGE-300
- Data entry experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
- Deadline oriented, ability to multi-task and exceptionally strong organization skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
