**Kinetic Construction Ltd**. has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for **Proposal Coordinator** to execute the daily process of developing proposal submissions and other tasks related to Business Development such as graphic design, managing the proposal library, and assisting with overall proposal production, including content creation and writing. Also, will take the lead on Request for Qualification submissions.

The salary range for this position is **$68,448 - $82,137** annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

**Position Specifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or comparable experience
- In-depth knowledge of business development, sales support, marketing
- 2+ years of proposal development experience
- 3+ years prior experience in the AEC Industry
- 5+ years working directly with senior management
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A solid understanding of proposal development, including the structure, content and key elements involved in creating compelling proposals
- Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate proposal timelines, resources and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including technical experts, and executives, to gather necessary information for proposals
- Meticulous attention to detail to review and edit proposals for accuracy, coherence, and compliance.
