**Description**:
As a member of the Toronto Invasive Bacterial Diseases Network, the Research Home Coordinator/Phlebotomist collaborates with the team perform carry out scheduled visits and successfully collect, transport, and prepare samples for testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Phlebotomist, Paramedic or Nurse (RPN or RN) with active license in good standing (PACU, Emergency Room, Emergency Services, Intensive Care Unit, Oncology, or other locations that regularly require phlebotomy collection preferred)
- Prior experience as Float, Coordinator, Lead, or Supervisor would be advantageous
- Highly skilled in phlebotomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience with home visits or home care.
- Ability to travel (locally) for assignments
- Intermediate computer skills (must be comfortable with basic software programs)
