Washman Assistant

**Position**:
This position will be to assist the washmen with various tasks relating to the laundering of linens.

**Responsibilities**:

- sorting and weighing up for loading washers
- assist in loading and unloading washers and dryers
- maintaining work areas in a safe, clean and tidy condition
- help to load and unload trucks
- assist linen processors when necessary
- perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Required Skills**:

- detail oriented, punctual and reliable
- ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
- physically fit and able to lift at least 30 lbs.
- able to remain on your feet for long periods

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
