**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers, creating positive and lasting impressions.
- Schedule appointments for automotive services, ensuring efficient and convenient service experiences.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries and concerns, offering knowledgeable assistance.
- **Service Coordination**:

- Book customer vehicles for service, collecting all vehicle and maintenance options.
- **Communication and Feedback**:

- Communicate feedback regarding service scheduling and any changes or updates.
- Maintain clear and open communication channels with both customers and internal teams.
- Communicate importance of CX Customer Experience and follow up. Explain and follow up with customers on CX surveys and importance of best experience.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle all service scheduling to meet daily goals and workflow for service department
- Maintain impeccable record-keeping through the Dealer Management System (DMS) system.
- Receive payments from retail customers and ensure proper documentation.
- **Department Presentation**:

- Maintain department cleanliness, creating a welcoming and organized environment.
- Ensure all counters, service area and entire department is always well presented, maintained and clean.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Coordinator/Advisor role within a dealership or automotive supplier.
- Experience with the Chrysler brand is considered an asset.
- Superior customer service abilities with a genuine passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite; experience with PBS, Autopoint, online scheduling, web chat tools and customer experience.
- Valid BC Driver’s License, with a clean driver’s abstract.

**Compensation**:

- Full-time position with competitive wage based on experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
