**Do you have what it takes?**
- Previous reception, experience with medical billing & booking (required)
- MOA/MAA certification (preferred)
- Previous experience as a Medical Aesthetician Industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Windows Office, Windows Publisher, and EMR
- Retail Experience (beneficial)
- Outstanding communication and client rapport
- Possess a professional demeanor, polished and poised in appearance
- Strong Administrative skills
- Outgoing and welcoming persona

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients, be the welcoming face of the clinic
- Manage the patient registration process, loyalty programs, and Patient management system
- Billing and Invoice management
- Maintain patient flow and wait for room management
- Goods inwards and delivery
- Effect the use of a variety of communication platforms and software
- Work effectively both independently and in teams
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
