**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate a mower unit consisting of an all wheel drive tractor with a side arm and a deck mower to control grass and weeds on municipal road allowances, public and private lands.
- Record details of the work performed.
- Maintain equipment and assist with serving and repairs.

**Key Qualifications**
- Able to operate a tractor with mower and perform light maintenance/servicing as required. Previous mowing experience is an asset.
- Must be able to perform physical labour, including heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.).
- Must be able to handle a physically demanding position involving repetitive movement, frequent bending, kneeling, walking on slippery and uneven surfaces, and noise. This position requires sitting for extended periods of time while driving or riding in vehicles, on undulating terrain.
- Must have a proven ability to interact with others in a calm, courteous and respectful manner.
- Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess, and be able to maintain, a valid class 5 Alberta driver’s license.
