**Customer Liaison, Calgary**

**What will you do?**
- Book all customer walkthroughs and ensure that all parties required in attendance are included in calendar invites.
This includes:

- Internal Pre-Walk Appointment (3 weeks before Possession)
- Pre-Walk Possession Appointment
- Possession Day Appointment
- 1 Month Warranty Appointment
- One-year Warranty Appointment
- Service Appointments
- Create and send purchase orders to trades for non-warrantable items.
- Generate back charges to trades, as necessary.
- Document Management and general administration, including but not limited to the following:

- Warranty deficiencies on Possession day
- Electronic filing of all required documentation
- Weekly update of Construction Tracker, Customer Insight Tracker & Google Review Tracker
- Sending out of Monthly Possession Report to Customer Insight for surveys
- Maintain and update the Construction Schedule on a weekly basis and send out to the trades and suppliers to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of the homes.
- Complete Service Provider Applications (EPCOR) for Gas & Electricity.
- Co-ordinate Possession letters with the Legal teams and send to the customers for signature and then return to the legal team.
- Delegate after hours Emergency phone responsibilities.
- Update and maintain vendors’ lists per area including contact information
- Provide phase change updates to homeowners on the construction progress of their home.
- Attendance of Construction/Sales weekly meetings
- Liaise with Condo Management Companies on issues
- Respond to Alberta New Home Warranty Claims & Book appointments accordingly
- Maintain & Update Education Tracker for Construction/Warranty Team and liaise with HR on enrollment
- Assist in the planning of company events for the Calgary Region
- Assist trades/suppliers with Buildbase issues
- Proctoring of exams for construction/warranty staff with PHBI courses
- Liaise with HR regarding stat holidays, Christmas holidays and ensure calendar for Construction/Warranty team reflects those dates
- Responsible for ordering any items required from Select Graphix for Construction/Warranty team
- Any other miscellaneous duties as required by Construction Manager

**What do we look for?**
- Completion of a diploma or certificate.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an office environment.
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft office and data entry skills is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various clients.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- General knowledge of residential construction is an asset.
- Basic knowledge of Alberta New Home Warranty policies is an asset.
