Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless).
Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects.
Establish project scopes and draft proposals.
Serve as a technical reference on the team.
Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm.
Provide leadership when preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments.
Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success.
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations.
Use your professional network to generate business opportunities.
Promote BBA services to potential clients.
Based on your interests, you may be called upon to take on the following roles: technical expert, project leader or project manager and/or client account manager

Overview of certifications and job requirements

Bachelor's degree or college diploma (DCS) in one of the following fields: electrical engineering, computer engineering or information technology, automated production engineering, telecommunications or network administration or any other training that's relevant to the position
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Bilingual (English and French)

**Asset**:
Experience with information and communication technologies (ICT)
Experience with operational technologies (OT)
Cybersecurity experience
Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000 and NERC CIP standards
Project management experience
Consulting experience
