**Key Responsibilities**

**Main duties of the position**:

- Operate and monitor fur manufacturing machines, including cutting, sewing, and finishing equipment, to ensure accurate and efficient production.
- Set up machines according to product specifications, including adjusting machine settings, selecting appropriate materials, and assembling raw materials onto the machines.
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns or delays.
- Inspect finished fur products for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, materials used, and production counts.

**Educational and work experience requirements of the position**:

- Passionate about naturally-biodegratable products, sustainability and reconciliation
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in fur manufacturing.
- Familiarity with various fur manufacturing machines, including cutting, sewing, and finishing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to them at all times.

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
