**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct continous account analysis and reconciliation with client load to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process accounts payable, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and issuing payments
- Assist with budgeting activities, including monitoring expenses and preparing budget reports from time to time
- Assist with tax-related tasks, such as preparing documentation and coordinating with external tax consultants and our franchise head office
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and resolving any discrepancies

**Requirements**:

- Accounting diploma or higher consdiered an asset
- Bookkeeping certification(s) and / or 2 years experience in an accounting role will be considered
- Proficiency in quickbooks online considered an asset
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word) and DEXT
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payables /receivables, budgeting, Canadian tax regulations, and bank and credit card reconciliations
- Ability to maintain a high degree ofconfidentiality working with sensitive financial information

**Salary**: $19.00-$27.00 per hour
