**How you’ll contribute**
As our **Customized Solutions Specialist**, you will report to the Director of Sales to develop and execute a plan to accelerate the use of our web based **EasyLink** customer portal and other customized solutions growth with our clients. In this hybrid role, you will develop strong partnerships and work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to implement solutions and deliver value that helps our customers with their business challenges and needs through:
- Developing plans to grow and implement EasyLink and customized solutions with Stephenson’s customers.
- Meeting with Stephenson’s customers at jobsites and office locations in the GTA and throughout Southwestern Ontario for customizable solutions presentations, demonstrations, and to provide support and implement EasyLink and customized solutions, as required.
- Managing key metrics and goals that support EasyLink and Customized Solutions growth and development.
- Training and educating Stephenson’s team members and customers on EasyLink and other customized solutions.
- Working directly with the Sales team and customers to identify and implement EasyLink and customized solutions that assist them with business challenges.
- Working with various department heads to implement required changes that drive customer value (ProDesk, Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing).
- Regularly communicating with the Sales and Operations teams to provide updates on progress and results, roll-out new solutions and programs, discuss new developments in the marketplace and with the competition and to look at future business opportunities.
- Developing quantifiable measurements and metrics to target specific customers and methods to further develop relationships with this group.
- Understanding customer or project-related drivers and recommending business changes to ensure a superior offering that exceeds competition.
- Engaging team members to maximize the opportunities created through other marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of strategic customer programs designed to profitably grow the business.
- Maintaining accurate records, data and information.
- Preparing and presenting business updates, forecasts and results.
- Adhering to and promoting all Company Safety Policies
- Other duties as assigned
**What we’re looking for**
- Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of Customer Service, Sales, or Project Management experience, preferably in equipment rentals, construction, or a similar field.
- Familiarity with construction & industrial environments.
- Proven track record of assisting customers with business challenges and needs.
- A valid G Class driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong technical proficiency and experience with different software’s, apps, and technical solutions, and web-based e-commerce portals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Able to interact with all levels of senior management, project managers, site supervisors, and within the finance department.
- Team oriented with a strong worth ethic and excellent leadership skills.
- Results driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative approach to handling objections and challenges.
