**Marketing Coordinator**

**About the role**:
The marketing coordinator is focused on supporting and building awareness of RPS with our industry partners, promoting our suite of solutions and collaborating with key departments to support an outstanding customer experience and foster a solutions and customer-focused culture.

In this role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized marketer to deliver high impact communications, organize memorable events, and provide marketing support to meet the company goals.

You will support, execute and lead select department activities, as guided by the Senior Vice President, Business Development, including:
**Content & Communications** **(30%)**:
Develop collateral and communications for our key growth initiatives and programs, including:

- Awareness Campaigns - Plan and deliver campaigns to enhance awareness of RPS.
- Product Promotions - promote existing suite of solutions.

**Events Management (30%)**:
Organize RPS hosted events for customers and partners, RPS’ participation in industry events for sales and internal events for employees, including:

- Event Planning - Work with the business to set event objectives, create and coordinate event plans, management of event calendar,
- Event Execution - Book event space, plan exhibits, promotions, invitations, logistics, Event Promotions - Plan, write, and post promotional content for all events
- Lead Management - Work closely with sales team to ensure effective lead generation experience for all events, set-up marketing automation.

**Channel Management (20%)**:
Manage and support our various channels, including:

- Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant media contacts
- Social Media - Manage, post, key activities and respond to social media inquiries
- Website Management - Ensure websites, microsites, and portals are up-to-date and compliant with internal and external requirements and legislation.

**Marketing Support & Admin (20%)**:
Coordinate marketing activities, including:

- Promotional Materials - Manage inventory for merchandise and apparel
- French Materials - Manage the translation of all communications and collateral
- Presentations - Help colleagues with both internal and external presentations
- Surveys - Design and deploy online surveys and share survey findings
- Employee Initiatives - Support employee initiatives

**About You**:
**Top business and marketing skills**
- Excellent relationship, collaboration, and communication skills at all levels including senior levels, with sales and external partners
- Passion for customer experience with the ability, creativity, and willingness to make each event extraordinary
- Proactive approach to planning and problem solving
- Process rigor, attention to detail, time-management and follow-though for flawless execution with a continuous improvement mindset
- Fast learner and willingness to learn
- Being bilingual is a plus

**Digital skills and experience**
- Deployment software - Constant Contact
- Social media software - LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Experience with EventBrite, Survey Monkey and MS Suite

**Experience and education**
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketing
- University degree in business, marketing and/or communications
- Event management and planning
- Knowledge of the mortgage or real estate industry is an asset
- Experience working with mortgage professionals or appraisers is an asset

**Other information about the position**:

- Position is full time, 35 hours/week
- Hybrid work environment. Minimal travel required within Canada, up to 2 trips a year

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year
