**What you will do
The Talent Acquisition Partner is an expert, strategist, and advisor to the business who creates, leads, and implements the TA strategy. You will lead the recruitment process by taking a collaborative approach, using influence, problem-solving, providing direction, and support throughout. You will create effective talent strategies for new hires, transfers, and promotions that align TA strategy to business growth strategy. You own the recruitment strategy approach for the area you support - Canada Exempt salaried staff. You will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition for our Building Solutions North America Division in Canada.

**How you will do it
- Communicate employer value proposition in recruitment marketing campaigns to attract talent. Create attractive job postings and use Talent Brand digital flyers in social media posts.
- Build pipelines of qualified talent for critical roles.
- Run compensation reports, analyze equity, and make salary recommendations. Create offer letters and assist with verbal offers and acceptances.
- Use insights gained through relationships to anticipate future needs and consistently make valuable contributions for the customer.
- Seek to collaborate with peers to support their activities and accomplish goals.
- Coach, mentor, and advise hiring managers on Company policies, TA processes, HR guidelines, and Canadian labour law.

Le partenaire d’acquisition de talents est un expert, un stratège et un conseiller de l’entreprise qui crée, dirige et met en œuvre la stratégie de recrutement. Vous dirigerez le processus de recrutement en adoptant une approche collaborative, en utilisant l’influence, en résolvant des problèmes, en fournissant une orientation et un soutien tout au long. Vous créerez des stratégies de talents efficaces pour les nouvelles embauches, les transferts et les promotions qui alignent la stratégie d’acquisition de talents sur la stratégie de croissance de l’entreprise. Vous êtes propriétaire de l’approche de la stratégie de recrutement pour le domaine que vous soutenez - le personnel salarié du Canada. Vous serez responsable de l’acquisition de talents (AT) pour le cycle complet de notre division Building Solutions North America au Canada.
