Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketer to join our team. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for implementing effective marketing strategies across various mediums, growing our online platforms, and driving brand recognition. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns for different platforms and mediums.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies.

Write clear and persuasive copy that effectively communicates the brand message and drives audience engagement.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.

Social Media Management:Manage and optimize our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on insights to improve performance.

SEO and Website Optimization:Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
Monitor website analytics using tools like Google Analytics, and identify opportunities for website optimization and user experience improvements.
Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements.

Paid Advertising:Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display networks.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
Stay updated on the latest trends and opportunities in digital advertising.

Analytics and Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversions, and engagement.
Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.

Brand Development:Contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand recognition and positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing across various platforms and mediums.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with the audience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing decisions.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**:
The salary for this position is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T2H 2L9
